Our experience
IF Payroll & HR is a payroll expert with over 50 years of experience on the Luxembourgish market.
Since January 2025, IF Payroll & HR has been part of the Securex group and, together with its Luxembourg subsidiary based in Belval, forms a leading HR services provider in the Grand Duchy. This integration enables us to offer our clients a wide range of high value‑added services for smooth, efficient, and innovative HR management.
Our team is made up of around 50 employees. 70% of us is exclusively dedicated to the monthly operational follow up of our clients’ payroll. We manage locally the payroll and its related services of our 650 clients, which have between 1 and 1.400 employees.
65% of our clients are international and are coming from almost all the business areas represented in Luxembourg (among others: banks, insurance companies, services company, commerce, industrial groups, administration/local authority,…).
We are in Luxembourg the exclusive payroll partner of the global leader ADP (Streamline® since 2007 and Celergo® since 2020).
We got in 2022 the ISO 9001 certification for the 10th consecutive year and invest daily on the quality of the services that we offer to our clients. We invest, among others, in our collaborator trainings, the IT security, and the project development linked to our core business.

As an independent actor of the Luxembourgish market, we also suggest our own online solutions to securely exchange with our clients and guarantee the access to their information, whether through application hosting services, HR databases or secured real-time access to business applications: MyDocs.lu, MyAccess.lu and MyPay.lu
